FAQ
Questions parents ask.
What if my child misses a class?
Every class is recorded and appears in My classes within a day, with the materials. The teacher can be asked about it in the next class.
How is this different from the recorded course?
The recorded course is the syllabus on video, at your own pace. Live classes add a teacher, a fixed time, a small group and someone who notices when your child is slipping. Live students get the recorded course included, so it is a step up, not a choice between the two.
What device and internet do we need?
A phone, tablet or laptop with a normal mobile data or broadband connection. Classes run on Google Meet or Zoom; the link opens from the site fifteen minutes before each class.
How does payment work, and what if we are late?
One fee per subject each month, paid by bKash and recorded on the account. If a month is unpaid past the 6th the place is paused, not lost: it reopens the moment the payment is recorded.
Can we switch batches or subjects?
Yes, at a month end, if the other batch has a seat. Tell us on WhatsApp and we move the place.
What happens near the exams?
Batches run to the exam session. In the final weeks the classes turn to past papers and marking, and the practice bank has timed mock tests for the same.
How big is a batch?
Small enough for the teacher to know every student by name. Each batch shows its seats; when it is full it says so.
Is the teacher the same every week?
Yes. A batch belongs to one teacher. If a teacher is away for a class we tell you and name who is covering.
What if my child does not get on with the teacher?
Say so after the free classes and nothing is owed. Later, we move the place to another batch at the month end, or refund the first month within the window.
