Common questions.
When does access start? When does it end?
Access starts immediately after payment. Access ends 1 month after the final exam paper of your selected session — so for May/Jun 2027, your access continues through late July 2027 for revisits.
Why does access end?
Two reasons. First, it lets us keep prices low — open-ended access would mean either much higher prices or aggressive account-sharing. Second, it matches how exam prep actually works: students prepare for a specific session, sit the exam, then move on. If your child needs to come back later, the retaker discount covers that at 30% off.
Can I buy now if my child's exam is far away?
Yes — and you should. The the farthest exam session course at TBC gives your child the longest access window to prepare thoroughly. The the closest exam session course at TBC is for students with less time. Plan ahead = more value, more time, calmer exam season.
Why are closer-exam sessions cheaper?
Less time to use the course = less value extracted. We pass that math through to you. Plan ahead and pay more (and prepare more thoroughly), or buy closer to exams and pay less.
My child is taking exams in October. Will I see content updates before then?
Yes. We update courses as syllabus changes happen. If a topic is added or removed by Cambridge or Edexcel, your purchased course updates with it during your access window.
Can I pay in installments?
Currently we accept one-time payments via bKash, SSLCommerz, or card. We're not running installment plans yet to keep prices low and predictable.
My child needs Cambridge for some subjects and Edexcel for others. How do bundles work?
Bundles are subject-based, not board-based. Buy any 3+ subjects from any combination of boards (matching the same exam session) and the bundle discount applies. Each course is taught for its specific board.
What if my child only finishes 2 of the 5 subjects in a bundle before access ends?
The unfinished courses still belong to the enrollment record. If the student needs more time, they can re-enroll in the next session at the 30% retaker discount.
My child already started prep elsewhere. Is it too late to switch?
No. The course is designed to support both first-time learners and revision students. Most students who switch mid-year focus on weak chapters first.
Can I buy this for my younger child (Year 9)?
Yes. Younger students often work ahead of their school year. The course is clear enough for a motivated Year 9 to follow.
What's the refund policy exactly?
Within 7 days of purchase, request a full refund through your account for any reason. We process to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer scholarships or sibling discounts?
Not currently. We keep prices low for everyone rather than running discount cycles. If financial access is a barrier, our partner Reborn Foundation works with families on educational support.
