Terms of Service

Eudika Learn (“we”, “us”) is an online learning platform operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name and registration number]. These terms govern your use of eudikalearn.com and everything sold on it.
2. Your account
You need an account to enrol in courses. You can sign up with a phone number or an email address. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity on your account. Accounts are personal — one account per student.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase and agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. What you’re buying
A course purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the course content for the access period shown on the course page. You are not buying the content itself, and you may not download (except where we provide a download button), copy, record, screen-capture, share, resell, or publicly display any course material.
Course videos and documents are watermarked with your account details. Content found circulating outside the platform can be traced to the account that accessed it; accounts involved in redistribution are terminated without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies under the Copyright Act, 2000 of Bangladesh and other applicable law.
4. Payments
Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through SSLCommerz and bKash. Your payment details are handled by those gateways; we never see or store your card number. Prices for a given exam session may change over time as described on the pricing page; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or attack the platform, scrape content, share accounts, harass our staff or teachers, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do, with or without notice depending on severity.
7. Our content and your content
All course materials, branding, and platform software are owned by us or licensed to us by our teachers. Anything you submit to the platform (for example, quiz answers or notes) remains yours; you grant us a licence to store and process it to operate the service.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for the platform to be available at all times but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or retire features and content. If we materially reduce what a purchased course includes during your access period, you may contact us for a fair remedy.
9. Disclaimers
Courses are exam preparation, not a guarantee of results. Grades depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka. [PLACEHOLDER: arbitration clause — pending lawyer review]
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material we’ll notify you by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
