Refund Policy
Last updated 10 June 2026 · Effective 10 June 2026
The short version
Every course purchase comes with a 7-day refund window. If Eudika Learn isn’t right for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we’ll return the full amount you paid. No long forms, no arguing.
How it works
- The refund window opens the moment your payment is confirmed and closes exactly 7 days (168 hours) later.
- To request a refund, go to Account → Enrollments and select “Request refund” next to the course, or email support@eudikalearn.com from the email or phone number on your account.
- Tell us briefly why. This helps us improve; it does not affect whether your refund is approved.
- We review requests within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned through the payment method you used — bKash refunds typically arrive within 3 business days; card and bank refunds through SSLCommerz typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What’s refunded
The full amount you paid for the course or bundle, in BDT. Payment gateway fees we incurred are absorbed by us, not deducted from you.
After the window
After 7 days, purchases are final. We’re explicit about this because recorded courses can be consumed quickly; the 7-day window is how we balance a fair trial period with protecting our teachers’ work.
Bundles
Bundles are refunded as a whole within the window. Partial refunds of individual subjects within a bundle aren’t available.
Crash courses and live classes
Live or scheduled programmes follow the same 7-day window, except that no refund is available once the first live session you were enrolled for has taken place, if that is earlier.
Exceptional cases
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing content you paid for, contact us — we’ll make it right regardless of the window.
We may decline refunds where we find abuse of this policy, such as repeat purchase-and-refund cycles of the same content, or violations of our Terms of Service (for example, downloading or redistributing course materials).
